She was always very quick to keep us updated throughout the process and fill out paperwork, even on a holiday when we wanted to put a last minute offer on a property. Laura was helpful and responsive in our land purchase. She had strong connections to contacts (ex. Septic Designer who was available quickly and did a great job). She also effectively worked through some finicky conversations with the seller’s realtor. She also supported deep research on a complex home purchase initially being considered – which ended up having several red flags and we avoided (thanks to her research).

Laura is a great person to have on your home-buying team! We were looking from May until October for our first home, and Laura provided guidance on all of it. We attended a lot of open houses on our own, but there were a few properties where we wanted her expertise, and even when we could tell right away that the house wasn’t a great fit, Laura would just point out things to look for in a home and what we might consider moving forward. She was always professional, never complained, and always connected us with other amazing industry experts. I also got help 5 years ago from Laura when I was looking at buying a condo with a real estate company that was being a little bit shady on behalf of their sellers. Laura, having never met me and just working with me because someone recommended her, reviewed the agreements the sellers were handing me and pointed out what there was to worry about. Laura helped us buy our first home. She came highly recommended from the mortgage lender we were working with. The first time we met with her, she was patient and answered all of our questions. From the start, she explained what the buying process would be like, given the current market. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had or requests to schedule showings. As we worked through the closing process on our home, she was quick to help us schedule inspections and keep the process moving through negotiations. If we ever find ourselves needing a real estate agent, we will definitely be reaching back out to Laura!
